How to install PharmaBraille fonts
PharmaBraille fonts are OpenTypePS fonts—so installation is as simple as installing any other font. Follow these instructions to install your PharmaBraille Braille fonts. If you have trouble consult your operating system manual.
MAC OS 8 - 9.x
System: Drag the font onto the icon of the System Folder.
ATM 4.x Deluxe: Copy the font into a folder on your hard drive except the Fonts folder in the System Folder. Start ATM and install the font according to the ATM manual.
Suitcase: Copy the font into a folder on your hard drive except the Fonts folder in the System Folder. Start Suitcase and install the font according to the Suitcase manual.
MAC OS X (10.x)
Drag the font font into the Library/Fonts folder. ATM is not needed with OSX.
Windows, ME, 98, 95, and 3.1x
You will need to have installed ATM or ATM light. A free version of ATM Light can be downloaded from Adobe. Launch ATM and install fonts according to the ATM manual.
Windows 2000 and XP
Neither Windows 2000 nor XP require additional software to use OpenType fonts. From the Start menu, choose Settings > Control Panel and then double-click the Fonts folder to open it. From the Fonts folder File menu, click Install New Font. Next, Choose the drive and folder that contains the font that you wish to install. To select multiple fonts, hold down the CTRL key while you select the fonts. Make sure “Copy fonts to Fonts folder” is checked. Click on OK. Consult your Windows users manual for more information.
